GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE – TICKETS ROYAL GENTLEMEN EVENTS
These Conditions apply to any purchase of one or more tickets by any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter the “Buyer” or “Customer”) for access to events taking place in France or abroad, sold via the Organizer’s website, box office, telephone or other sales channels.

Article 1 — Scope and acceptance
1.1. These Conditions govern all ticket sales concluded between the Organizer and the Buyer. By ordering or purchasing a ticket, the Buyer declares having read, understood and accepted these Conditions without reservation.
1.2. Any differing conditions proposed by the Buyer are unenforceable unless expressly accepted in writing by the Organizer.
Article 2 — Definitions
• “Ticket”: any physical ticket, e‑ticket, voucher or other document granting the right to access the Event.
• “Event”: the show, gala dinner, lunch, fashion show, concert, performance, exhibition, or other experience described on the ticket.
• “Venue”: the place where the Event takes place.
Article 3 — Purchase and conclusion of contract
3.1. The contract is concluded upon receipt by the Buyer of the Organizer’s confirmation (email or other confirmation) and the issuance of the Ticket(s), following full payment of the price.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., capacity reached, fraud suspicion, order error).
Article 4 — Prices and payment
4.1. Ticket prices indicated are in euros and include applicable VAT. Fees and service charges may be added and are indicated prior to payment.
4.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase by the payment methods offered (credit/debit card, bank transfer, third‑party payment services, etc.). The Organizer uses secure payment providers; details are transmitted directly to the payment provider.
4.3. The Organizer may require validation of the Buyer’s identity and billing information. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders when payment cannot be validated.
Article 5 — Withdrawal / Right of cancellation
Pursuant to Article L221‑28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the statutory withdrawal period does not apply to contracts for leisure activities taking place on a specific date or during a specific period. Therefore, unless otherwise expressly provided below, tickets are not refundable or exchangeable once purchased.
Article 6 — Delivery of tickets
6.1. Tickets may be delivered as e‑tickets, mobile tickets, printed tickets or collected at the venue box office, depending on the sales channel chosen.
6.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact details provided are accurate. The Organizer is not responsible for non‑receipt of tickets due to incorrect contact details.
6.3. The Buyer must ensure secure storage of the Ticket; any fraudulent use, copying, reproduction or duplication of the Ticket is the Buyer’s responsibility.
Article 7 — Transfer and resale
7.1. Unless otherwise stated on the Ticket or by applicable law, Tickets are transferable subject to the Organizer’s rules. The Organizer may require the transferor/transferee to provide information to validate the transfer.
7.2. Unauthorized resale or sale at a price above the face value may lead to the Ticket being declared void and refused at the Venue. The Organizer is not responsible for tickets purchased via unauthorized resellers.
Article 8 — Entry conditions, security and refusals of entry
8.1. Entry to the Event is subject to presentation of a valid Ticket bearing the required security markings (barcode, QR code, hologram, etc.). Duplication, alteration or falsification of Tickets is prohibited.
8.2. For safety and public order, the Organizer or Venue security may carry out identity checks, bag checks and searches. Refusal to comply may result in refusal of entry.
8.3. The Organizer may refuse entry or eject persons whose behavior endangers public order or safety or who do not comply with Venue rules (dress code, prohibited items, age restrictions, smoking etc.).
8.4. Age restrictions and special conditions (e.g., accompanied minors) are indicated on the Ticket. Failure to comply may lead to refusal of entry without refund.
Article 9 — Cancellation, postponement and modification of the Event
9.1. If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, the Buyer will be informed and offered either reimbursement of the Ticket price or a replacement Ticket for an alternative date if available. Additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) will not be reimbursed unless expressly provided.
9.2. If the Event is postponed, the Buyer will be offered the choice between retaining the Ticket for the new date or obtaining a refund according to the Organizer’s practical terms communicated at the time of postponement.
9.3. Minor changes to the program (line‑up, schedule, running time) do not entitle the Buyer to reimbursement, unless these changes materially alter the nature of the Event.
9.4. The Organizer’s liability for cancellation or postponement is limited to the refund of the Ticket price paid. The Organizer shall not be liable for indirect damages or additional costs incurred by the Buyer.
Article 10 — Force majeure
10.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations when such failure is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including strikes, governmental measures, acts of public authorities, pandemics, natural disasters, terrorism, severe weather, fire, power outage, transportation interruption, etc.
10.2. In case of force majeure, the Organizer may suspend, postpone or cancel the Event without liability other than the refund of the Ticket price.
Article 11 — Liability
11.1. The Organizer is liable for the proper performance of its obligations under these Conditions and the applicable law. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Organizer’s liability is limited to direct losses and capped at the total amount paid for the Ticket(s).
11.2. The Organizer is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during the Event.
Article 12 — Intellectual property and recordings
12.1. The Buyer authorizes the Organizer, without additional remuneration, to film, photograph and record the Buyer while at the Event and to use such recordings for promotional and archival purposes, unless express opposition is made in writing prior to the Event.
12.2. Unauthorized professional filming, recording or photography for commercial use may be prohibited; the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate recording equipment and to request deletion of unauthorized recordings.
Article 13 — Personal data (GDPR)
13.1. The Organizer collects and processes personal data necessary for booking, ticketing, access control and commercial communication. The Organizer is the data controller.
13.2. Data processing purposes, legal bases, retention periods and data subjects’ rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) are detailed in the Organizer’s privacy policy available at [link] or upon request to [email].
13.3. The Buyer may exercise their rights by contacting the Organizer. Complaints may be submitted to the CNIL (French data protection authority).
Article 14 — Consumer information & dispute resolution
14.1. If the Buyer is a consumer, they benefit from the legal guarantees and remedies provided under applicable consumer protection law.
14.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Conditions shall be governed by French law.
14.3. For consumers, prior to any litigation, the Buyer is invited to contact the Organizer to seek an amicable solution. In case of failure, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) or contact a consumer mediator. The competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the Organizer’s registered office, unless mandatory public order rules provide otherwise.
Article 15 — Modification of Conditions
The Organizer may modify these Conditions at any time; modifications are applicable to purchases made after their publication. For ongoing cases, the Conditions in force at the time of order apply.
Article 16 — Miscellaneous
16.1. Invalidity of one provision does not nullify the entire document; the provision will be replaced by a legally valid one closest in intent.
