Camellias symbolize spring, flowering, happiness, luck, friendship, elegance and harmony. t is the cultural meaning of this flower which is at the origin of this spring gathering. Indeed, the Camélia Dinner is an evening which aims are :
-to foster a feeling of belonging to a community.
